The hair was very soft and full. The hair does not shed. The owners communicated with me the whole process till I received the wig amazing service. The hair color is so pretty I would recommend.

The hair was true to length. It was very silky when I opened the package. I don't really have any complaints about this hair I love it. Also the hair came very fast.
