Shipping
We will send items out within 1 business day by DHL or Fedex , after receipt of payment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number where you will be able to check the order status by www.dhl.com. During holidays, inclement weather, and big sales shipping may take a little longer but all customers will be notified of any delays. In order to make sure package safety, a signature is required for all of our orders to be delivered.

Shipping fee is $25, over $400 shipping free. Remote places need to charge additional fee.

Package:
Order will be checked 3 times before package.Each bundle will be packed in PVC bag, labeled length. Then put into carton or DHL shipping bag.
Customized package is acceptable. we could provide label,hangtag,logo design service. please contact us if you need.
Refunds:
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. We handle returns and exchanges on a case to case basis. Please contact us prior to sending the items back.
When you get your hair, please kindly check it as soon as possible.
*Within 7 days, accepting full refund or exchange. If for quality reason, we（could） charge shipping fee, if not buyer charge it.
*Within 7-30 days, only accept exchange, while you need to charge the shipping fee
*Any item that has been altered chemically or physically no longer qualifies for an exchange.
*All hair must be returned in original package(unaltered, unworn, undamaged ), please put small value under $20 to ensure we can get the hair via DHL or EMS, Don't Use USPS, it is not available.

Q：How long will my new hair system last?
A: Usually the lifespan is about 3-6 months of good conditions.The basic material plays an important role in determining the life of the new hair systems,Typically mono hair systems have the longest lifespan of up to 6 months, followed by lace systems and skin hair systems.
Q:What are the advantages of different hair systems?
Mono hair system is the most durable. It is breathable and strong. It can carry a large density of hair, so it is relatively heavy. It is usually combined with a large area of NPU to ensure that it adheres firmly and has a front hairline that cannot be explored.
Skin hair system has the most natural hairline. The hair on the base is v-looped, so it is knot free, keeps the most authentic appearance, and is easy to clean and attach. It can be worn and cleaned at home. Because it is very thin, it has low density of bearing hair, so it is very light.
Lace hair system is the most comfortable.It's soft and breathable. It's suitable for hot weather or work with a lot of exercise. It won't hurt your skin on the top of your head. The bleached knot is used at the front of the base to keep your real hairline.
Q:How long does it take to ship after ordering?
A: Normally, we will ship within 3 days. If it is a custom toupee, we will inform you of the waiting time.
once the wig ships,we will notify you immediately,include the tracking number/photo of shipment/ the logistic update.
Q: How does Measure the Toupee?
A: Usually measured in inches,The ear to ear measurement is the Width of the base, The front to back measurement is the length of the base.
Q: Can I use shampoo or hair conditioner?
A: Definitely YES.All our wigs are 100% human hair,Sulfate-free shampoo and hair condtioner are good choice to keep hair fresh&soft&smooth.For deep condition,we suggest can add olive oil/ coconut oil/ avocado oil to the hair.
Q: After receiving the hair systems, what should we do if we have problems or are not satisfied?
A: After receive the hair toupee for men, if you find any problem or are not satisfied with the mens toupee human hair, Please contact us directly,Ulamaz will give you a perfect solution.If the hair toupee keep the original condition,was not cut, shaved, colored or cleaned,we guarantee 30 days No Reason Return.If you have asked us to make any changes to the hair replacement system before shipment, such as custom order, the product cannot be refunded.
